Job summary

Inspire-Brands seeks an experienced strategic design leader to guide architecture and restaurant/retail environments across a multi-brand portfolio. You will set vision and drive execution with brand leaders, architects, engineers, and franchisees to ensure design standards and value engineering across concepts.

You will influence initiatives for over 33,300 restaurants including Arby’s, Baskin-Robbins, Buffalo Wild Wings, Dunkin’, Jimmy John’s, and SONIC.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in architecture, construction, engineering, interior design, or related field.
10+ years of applied experience creating compelling customer experiences.
5+ years working within a matrix organization.
Experience in franchise development.
Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel up to 20%

Responsibilities

Lead the creation and implementation of building design brand standards.
Serve as the design authority for building design standards.
Lead all design activities outward to Franchisees including presenting to franchise committees.
Set the vision, strategy, and execution of all design initiatives for multiple brands.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and design consultants and manage reviews.
Drive value engineering across development disciplines.
