Job summary

Inspire Brands, Inc. seeks a Senior Manager, Product Design to lead product and UX design across a distinctive portfolio of guest-facing and enterprise experiences for Arby's, Baskin-Robbins, Buffalo Wild Wings, Dunkin', Jimmy John's, and SONIC Drive-In.

You will lead a distributed team within the UX Design & Research organization, shaping opportunities, guiding roadmaps, and raising design quality across app, web, kiosk, and internal tools for customers, franchisees, and restaurant teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product design or related fields including leadership of teams.
• Experience leading design across multiple product areas or value streams in a matrixed organization.
• Strong portfolio showing product/UX leadership and evidence-informed decisions; experience applying AI in design work.

Responsibilities

• Lead product and UX design across assigned product areas or value streams with cross-functional partners.
• Coach and develop a distributed team of designers including employees and contractors.
• Establish portfolio plans with clear outcomes, milestones, dependencies, and success measures.
• Partner with UX Research and Analytics to translate findings into design implications and actions.
