Job summary

Inspire Brands is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Design to lead product and UX design across guest-facing, restaurant-facing, and enterprise experiences for our multi-brand portfolio. Based at the Atlanta Support Center, you will lead a distributed team and partner with Product, Research, Engineering, Analytics, and Brand to shape strategy and delivery.

Qualifications

Minimum: 4-year degree.
10+ years of experience in product design, UX design, interaction design, service design, or related field.
At least 3 years leading people and complex digital product or experience programs.
Strong portfolio showing product and UX design leadership and evidence-informed decision-making.
Experience leading design across multiple product areas in a matrixed organization.
Experience applying AI within design work or product experiences.

Responsibilities

Lead product and UX design across assigned product areas or value streams.
Shape experience and product direction with cross-functional partners.
Manage and develop a distributed design team with coaching and career development.
Serve as player-coach, contributing hands-on design when needed.
Establish portfolio and delivery plans with outcomes, milestones, and risks.
Raise design quality through effective critique and review practices.
Partner with UX Research and Analytics to translate evidence into design implications.
Promote enterprise design systems and accessibility practices.
Advance responsible AI use in design and product work.
Manage external design resources and staffing forecasts.
