Job summary

Inspire seeks a Senior Director - International Brand Experience to lead global marketing plans, brand strategy, and multi-year growth initiatives across international markets with local adaptation where needed. This role is based in the Atlanta area and requires strong cross-functional leadership and brand management expertise.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in marketing leadership, 5+ years of leadership experience, and Restaurant/QSR experience; International exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive marketing experience in brand management or related leadership roles.
• 5+ years of leadership experience.
• Restaurant/QSR experience preferred; International experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual brand planning and marketing plans for international markets.
• Define consumer targets and insights to guide brand, menu, pricing, and activation decisions.
• Develop multi-year growth strategies with global consistency and local adaptation.
• Manage cross-functional teams to accelerate speed to market and accountability.
