Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD/JD in Mechanical/Automotive or related field.
• US citizenship or permanent residency; authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, integration, validation, and production release of generator set systems throughout the product lifecycle.
• Develop solutions using GD&T, tolerance analysis, and DFM/DFA to meet performance and regulatory goals.
• Own product definition with CAD models, drawings, BOMs, specs, and controlled docs; lead reviews and risk assessments.
• Lead verification and continuous improvement via validation strategies and root-cause investigations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers for successful execution and lifecycle support.
