Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Engineering or related field required.
• MS preferred for advanced design challenges.
• Five+ years in NPD of fluidic systems with valve experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead NPD projects from concept to revenue realization.
• Oversee design control and stage-gate processes.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including manufacturing and QA.
• Mentor junior engineers in product development.
