Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to execute on key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficiencies.
• Supports change management activities across functional partners and monitors compliance requirements.
• Raises blockers and impediments to manage dependencies and resources.
• Build systems to handle payments and streamline onboarding, focusing on automation to reduce manual work.
• Leverage technology to map client and employee journeys for seamless experiences.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration to achieve shared goals.
• Coordinate plans translating strategy into actionable steps and new operating models.
• Identify pain points and use automation to improve processes.
• Lead projects addressing challenges to enhance client experience.
• Communicate complex stories clearly to senior leadership.
