Job summary

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure readiness, manage dependencies, and deliver benefits realization for process improvement initiatives.
• Facilitate regular intake, triage, and prioritization discussions with Product, Tech, Operations, and stakeholder teams to clarify goals, assess value, identify dependencies, and determine next steps.
• Maintain strong intake and backlog hygiene: remove duplicates, group related requests, document business context, define acceptance criteria, and ensure items are ready for prioritization or delivery handoff.
• Facilitate coordination forums to connect cross-team threads, drive decisions, and prevent gaps.
• Apply a quality-focused lens to plans and delivery artifacts to reduce ambiguity and rework.
• Champions innovation and modernization by identifying opportunities to leverage emerging technologies, AI-enabled capabilities, and automation tools to improve delivery effectiveness, operational efficiency, and employee experience.
