Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
• Five years as a software Product Owner and five years as a Business Systems Analyst/UI‑UX designer preferred or similar experience.
• Experience leading or managing people in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with SaaS platforms and collaboration tools.

• Plan and prepare work for each sprint based on strategy and roadmap.
• Serve as Product Owner and coordinate sprint plans with cross‑functional teams.
• Break strategic themes into features and stories; maintain User Story Maps.
• Scope 6‑week releases and 2‑week sprints; allocate resources.
