Job summary

Quva seeks a Manager, Product Delivery and Experience in Minneapolis to translate strategy into high-velocity product delivery across our pharmacy SaaS portfolio. The role leads sprint planning, product ownership coordination, and design oversight, pairing product management with UX and data science to shape requirements and user experiences.

As a player-coach, you will manage Business Systems Analysts and Product Experience Designers, cultivate agile ceremonies, and use AI to rapidly prototype

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
• Four additional years of relevant industry experience may substitute for a degree.
• Experience as Product Owner, Business Systems Analyst, and/or UI/UX designer is required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare work leading up to each sprint based on strategy and roadmap.
• Serve as Product Owner and coordinate multi-disciplinary squads.
• Break themes into features and stories; maintain user story maps.
• Scope releases and sprints; coordinate resources and ceremonies.
• Collect and track metrics on team performance and delivery.
• Escalate delivery risks to management.
