Compass Technology, part of Compass Group, seeks a Lead Product Data Steward to build and lead stewardship for the enterprise TrueData platform. You will partner with Product Management, Engineering, and business stakeholders to define governance, improve workflows, and deliver an intuitive stewardship experience.

During initial implementation, you will perform stewardship activities while shaping processes, workflows, and user experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Master Data Management, Data Governance, Data Stewardship, Product Information Management, or related disciplines.
• Experience stewarding Product, Vendor, Customer, or other enterprise master data domains.
• Experience improving business processes and operational workflows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience collaborating with technical teams to implement business solutions.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead stewardship activities for Compass's enterprise Product Master Data domain.
• Review, maintain, and validate product master data for accuracy and consistency.
• Resolve data quality issues through research and stakeholder collaboration.
• Execute product matching, merging, attribute maintenance, and exception resolution.
• Define governance standards and align stewardship with business priorities.
