Compass Group USA is building the next generation of enterprise Product Master Data Management through our MDM TrueData platform. We are seeking an experienced Lead Product Data Steward to establish and lead our product data stewardship capabilities while helping shape how stewardship is performed across the enterprise.

During the initial implementation of MDM TrueData, you will actively perform stewardship activities while helping define the processes, workflows, and user experiences that will

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Master Data Management, Data Governance, Data Stewardship, Product Information Management, or related disciplines.
• Experience stewarding Product, Vendor, Customer, or other enterprise master data domains.
• Experience improving business processes and operational workflows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience collaborating with technical teams to implement business solutions.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish Compass's enterprise product stewardship function.
• Improve product data quality and governance.
• Partner with Product Management and Engineering to deliver intuitive stewardship capabilities within TrueData.
• Design scalable stewardship processes that support future business growth.
• Reduce manual effort through workflow improvements, automation, and process optimization.
