Job summary

Xometry in Lexington, KY is seeking a Senior Data Scientist (Product Analytics) to turn product usage and user behavior into measurable improvements. You will design experiments, build metrics, and work across product, engineering, and partner teams to drive the roadmap with rigorous data-driven insights.

You’ll own KPI definition, dashboards, and data integrity across in-CAD and marketplace surfaces, including DFM AI + IQE integration with our partner ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field required.
• 6-8 years of relevant experience.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis, statistics, and visualization.
• Experience designing, implementing, and analyzing A/B tests.
• Solid understanding of statistical significance and hypothesis testing.
• Experience with PLM/CAD data context is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced analytics to identify opportunities for product improvement.
• Design, implement, and manage A/B tests and experiments with clear hypotheses and metrics.
• Analyze experiment results and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Own the measurement and experimentation strategy for the embedded DFM AI + IQE integration with our partner; define metrics across CAD/PLM surfaces.
• Define and track KPIs; build robust reporting mechanisms for PLM/CAD and marketplace contexts.
• Develop and maintain dashboards to visualize results and trends for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, designers, ML scientists, and partner teams to iterate on findings.
• Ensure data integrity across cross-system data flows spanning Siemens and Xometry surfaces.
• Contribute to methodology development for partner-integrated products and multi-surface analytics.
