Job summary

Xometry in Lexington, KY seeks a Senior Data Scientist for Product Analytics to drive data-driven enhancements across the product. You will analyze usage patterns, design experiments, and quantify impact of key initiatives embedded in CAD/PLM contexts and the Xometry marketplace.

You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and partner teams to develop metrics, dashboards, and reporting that guide product decisions and improve the user experience across surfaces like Designcenter and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field
• 6–8 years of relevant experience
• Strong proficiency in data analysis, statistics, and visualization
• Proven experience designing, implementing, and analyzing A/B tests
• Knowledge of data science concepts and methodologies

Responsibilities

• Analyze product usage, user behavior, and performance metrics to identify opportunities
• Design, implement and manage A/B tests and causal analyses
• Explain results with actionable insights for product roadmap
• Define KPIs and build robust tracking for PLM/CAD contexts
• Develop dashboards to visualize experiment results and trends
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and partner teams to improve products
• Ensure data integrity across cross-system data flows
