Neo4j, Inc. seeks a Product Counsel to partner with Product Management, Engineering, Security, and GTM teams to ensure products comply with laws and align with risk tolerance. The role spans from roadmap planning to launch and ongoing iteration in a global enterprise software environment.

You will advise on OSS licensing, privacy, security controls, and incident response, helping scale legal processes for a fast-growing, distributed organization.

Qualifications

• JD or equivalent law degree with licensing in at least one jurisdiction.
• Experience supporting enterprise software, cloud services, or developer-focused products.
• Strong ability to translate complex legal issues into actionable guidance.
• Familiarity with AI/ML, data platforms, and regulated enterprise customers.

Responsabilités

• Partner with product, engineering, security, and GTM teams to align with laws and risk tolerance.
• Advise on OSS usage, licensing models, and governance across cloud/on-prem/hybrid offerings.
• Provide guidance on privacy, data protection, and security controls throughout the lifecycle.
• Develop scalable legal frameworks for enterprise sales and product-led growth.
