WHOOP seeks a Product Counsel to serve as the primary legal partner to our product development and R&D teams in Boston. You’ll work closely with Product, Software Engineering, Data Science, and Marketing to guide commercial and technology decisions while ensuring regulatory compliance and thoughtful IP protection.

You will draft and negotiate a broad range of agreements, structure research collaborations, and address data-use and security considerations. A JD and bar admission are required.
