Early Warning Services, LLC in Scottsdale, AZ, seeks an experienced Senior Product Counsel to advise on cutting-edge payments and digital asset solutions. You will partner with Product, Compliance, Risk, Strategy and banks to navigate complex regulatory matters across the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities include drafting disclosures, guiding cross-border initiatives, negotiating commercial agreements, and leading outside counsel when needed. A JD and state bar admission are required.

Qualificações

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school; admission to Arizona or another State bar.
• Eight or more years' of in-house or corporate counsel experience with financial services compliance knowledge.
• Ability to learn new substantive areas of the law.
• Experience advising on AML, sanctions, privacy, and consumer protection regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as first-line legal counsel to the product team on all legal matters.
• Interpret and apply US and international regulatory frameworks for payments and digital assets.
• Guide cross-border payment and digital asset solutions through pragmatic legal guidance.
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements and disclosures.
• Coordinate with product, compliance, risk and strategy teams on regulatory frameworks and guardrails.
• Manage outside counsel and assist with governance and risk management.
