The ideal candidate has significant experience with AI regulations and the ability to digest complex legal/technical issues for Product Leadership, with strong communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor or equivalent legal degree required.
• Admitted to the bar or in-house equivalent in the posting state.
• Minimum 7 years attorney-level experience in government, in-house, or law firm.
• Experience advising on product compliance issues in fast-evolving environments.

Responsibilities

• Advise product leadership on enterprise AI/GAI products and regulatory issues.
• Resolve policy/privacy/security/IP/regulatory matters for Google Cloud AI.
• Support commercial legal and sales teams on high-value AI transactions.
