OKX is seeking an experienced, hands-on Senior Compliance Manager to join our Product Compliance team. This senior individual-contributor role focuses on day-to-day reviews of new products, material changes and enhancements, delivering timely, well-reasoned assessments while protecting regulatory positioning.

You will partner with Product and Engineering to navigate regulatory requirements, distinguish blockers from addressable risks, and apply proportionate controls.

Qualificações

• Senior-level experience in product compliance and regulatory oversight.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day product compliance reviews for new products and changes.
• Assess regulatory perimeter, AML/CFT, sanctions, KYC and disclosures.
• Document risk assessments and escalate material risks as needed.
• Advise on product requirements and governance during development lifecycle.
