Job summary

CRH is seeking a Senior Analyst, Compliance to join the Shared Services team in a hybrid environment (3 days in the office). The role focuses on strengthening the R2R control environment, regulatory adherence, and continuous improvement across processes.

The successful candidate will bring 3+ years in compliance or related fields, experience with SOX, and strong analytical and collaboration skills to partner with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in accounting, finance, business administration, risk management, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred for advanced roles.
• Experience with SOX compliance programs and internal control frameworks is required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor compliance with corporate policies, procedures, and internal control requirements.
• Perform compliance reviews, risk assessments, and control testing across R2R functions.
• Evaluate business processes and identify opportunities to strengthen controls and reduce risk.
• Coordinate and support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and responding to audit requests.
• Track audit findings, compliance issues, and remediation activities to ensure timely resolution.
