Job summary

ShopMy is seeking a Product Manager to lead consumer-facing shopper experiences, including personalization, curated feeds, wishlisting, onboarding flows, and checkout optimization. You will partner with engineering and design to ship high-quality releases and ensure measurable improvements.

You will drive data-informed decisions, collaborate with data, brand, and marketing teams, and manage post-launch growth in a fast-paced, remote-first environment with NYC HQ.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, including ownership of consumer-facing product experiences.
• A design background is a must with strong UX and visual craft.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and prototyping real solutions.
• Willing to ship code when needed, not just write specs.
• Proven ability to drive post-launch growth and measure success.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver features that enhance shopping, including personalization and checkout optimization.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to ship high-quality releases and remove blockers.
• Own success metrics for features related to adoption, engagement, conversion, and retention.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration among engineering, data, brand, and marketing.
