Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Senior Product Associate in the Service Product Group to help develop and optimize offerings through user research, metrics analysis, and cross‑functional collaboration.

You will contribute to shaping the product roadmap and delivering innovative features that meet customer needs while supporting the bank’s strategic goals. You will partner with Product Managers, write requirements, epics and user stories, and collaborate with scrum teams to execute the roadmap.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in product management or a relevant domain area.
• Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle.
• Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition.
• Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy.
• Strong Agile project management experience, including use of agile project management tools (i.e., Confluence, JIRA, etc.)
• Excellent skills in communicating ideas, both written and verbal
• Attention to detail and ability to manage continuously shifting business priorities
• Be self‑motivated and confident in ambiguous circumstances

Responsibilities

• Partners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discovery
• Considers and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience
• Supports the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customers
• Analyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle
• Writes the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development
• Collaborates with scrum team(s) on a daily basis to execute the product roadmap
• Works with other product teams, legal, risk, operations, design, and technology teams to define, prioritize, deliver, and align solutions to product vision and roadmap
