Job summary

You will partner with design, engineering, and stakeholders, conduct user research, and help shape the roadmap through disciplined discovery and measurable metrics.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in product management or related field.
• Experience with discovery, requirements, and backlog refinement.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Product Manager to identify product opportunities through customer discovery and market research.
• Conduct and support user research activities, including interviews, journey mapping, and feedback synthesis.
• Translate customer and business needs into clear product requirements, epics, and user stories.
• Evaluate upstream and downstream impacts of feature changes to ensure a cohesive end-to-end experience.
• Define, track, and interpret product performance metrics to guide prioritization and continuous improvement.
• Monitor delivery outcomes against time, cost, and quality targets across the product development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align roadmap execution, scope, and delivery milestones.
• Communicate product decisions and trade-offs clearly to stakeholders and delivery partners.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Working knowledge of the product development lifecycle from discovery through delivery and iteration
• Experience supporting discovery, requirements definition, and backlog refinement
• Ability to use qualitative and quantitative inputs to inform product decisions
• Developing proficiency in data literacy and basic product analytics

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Experience applying user research insights to roadmap prioritization and feature design
• Familiarity with agile product practices and writing clear acceptance criteria
• Experience partnering with design and engineering teams to deliver iterative improvements
• Ability to create simple, compelling narratives that align stakeholders to decisions
