Testing Site - JPMC is seeking a Senior Product Associate in Claims Dispute and Fraud Operations to shape strategy and drive roadmaps that impact customers and the business.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct user research, analyze metrics, and write epics and stories to guide product development across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product management or a relevant domain.
• Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle.
• Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition.
• Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy.
• Experience writing technical stories in JIRA/Confluence using industry standard notations.
• Understanding of software development methodologies and practices (SDLC, Agile, Scrum, Alteryx, etc.)

Responsabilités

• Partners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities through user research and discovery.
• Considers upstream and downstream implications of new features on the product experience.
• Supports user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic roadmap.
• Analyzes product metrics across the development life cycle (time, cost, quality).
• Writes requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development.
• Collaborates with Engineering to balance business delivery, tech enablement, and operations.
• Supports overall product life cycle through planning, execution and future development.
