Job summary

BOLD is seeking a Senior Data Scientist in Product Analytics to empower decision-makers with rigorous data analyses and scalable insights. You will influence product strategy through high-quality modeling, dashboards, and clear communication of findings to executives and stakeholders.

The role emphasizes AB testing, cross-functional collaboration, and a strong foundation in statistics, SQL, Python or R, and BI tools. Remote work from the US is supported with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of quantitative data analysis experience, preferably for internet/tech.
• Ability to write complex SQL queries to drive critical business decisions.
• Robust understanding of Statistics with ability to explain statistical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Math, Engineering, Statistics, or other quantitative field.
• Proven track record of handling multiple projects, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency with Python/R.
• Proficiency with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or equivalent.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Mixpanel or other front-end analytical platforms.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis to uncover opportunities for improving our products.
• Build advanced models and analytics tools to boost our product insights/recommendations.
• Proactively come up with data driven insights/recommendations and communicate them clearly to the business stakeholders.
• Analyze A/B tests to drive user conversion and engagement.
• Develop dashboards to inform business decisions with an emphasis on automation and scalability.
• Collaborate with Engineering to advance data infrastructure and governance.
