Job summary

BOLD is seeking a Senior Data Scientist, Product Analytics to deliver critical insights that shape our product strategy. You will analyze product performance, drive data-informed decisions, and collaborate across Analytics, Product, Marketing, and Finance teams in a fully remote role.

You will leverage SQL, Python/R, and BI tools to generate actionable insights, support AB testing, and contribute to data infrastructure improvements for scalable analytics.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of quantitative data analysis experience, preferably in internet/tech.
• Ability to write complex SQL queries to drive business decisions.
• Proficient in Python or R for data analysis and modeling.
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or equivalent.
• Experience with analytics platforms (GA, Mixpanel, etc.).
• Bachelor's or Master's in a quantitative field with strong academic record.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis to uncover opportunities for improving products.
• Proactively provide data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Engineering to advance data infrastructure and governance.
• Own analysis for product performance, insights, and strategy to inform decisions.
• Support AB testing program and data-driven experimentation across teams.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, and Finance to maximize impact for users and business.
• Work with BI, Data Engineering, and Software Engineering to advance analytics capability.
