BOLD is seeking a Senior Data Scientist for Product Analytics to deliver high-quality data insights that shape product strategy. You will analyze product performance, run AB tests, and build scalable dashboards while collaborating with Analytics, Marketing, and Engineering teams.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of quantitative experience, strong SQL and statistics, and proficiency in Python/R and BI tools. This role is remote across the United States with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of quantitative data analysis experience, preferably at an internet/tech company.
• Ability to write complex SQL queries to drive critical business decisions.
• Strong understanding of statistics and ability to explain concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Math, Engineering, Statistics, or other quantitative field with demonstrated academic excellence.
• Proven track record of handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment with business impact.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency with Python/R.
• Proficiency with BI tools such as Tableau or Looker.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Mixpanel or other front-end analytics platforms.

• Build advanced models and analytics tools to boost product insights and recommendations.
• Proactively derive data-driven insights and communicate them to stakeholders.
• Analyze A/B tests to drive user conversion and engagement.

• Collaborate with Engineering to advance data infrastructure and governance.
