Jobgether is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to join a remote-first team building data-driven fintech products for the United States. You will collaborate with product, engineering, and business leaders to turn data into actionable recommendations that drive growth and revenue.

You will own analytics for consumer products, design experiments, and develop dashboards while leveraging AI tools to enhance insights in a fast-paced startup environment.

Competenze

• 4+ years in data science, product analytics, or related role in consumer tech.
• Proven experience designing/analyzing revenue-impacting experiments.
• Strong background in experimental design, statistics, and causal inference.
• Extensive analysis of funnels, cohorts, lifecycle metrics, and customer journeys.
• Advanced SQL and Python or R proficiency.
• Experience building dashboards and data visualizations; Tableau is a plus.
• Ability to leverage AI tools to enhance analysis.
• Excellent business acumen and ability to tie data to product strategy.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience in fast-paced startup environments.
• Fintech/crypto/ marketplace experience is a plus but not required.

Mansioni

• Own end-to-end product analytics for key consumer-facing products and strategic initiatives.
• Analyze user behavior, conversion funnels, cohorts, and customer journeys to identify opportunities for growth, monetization, retention, and improved user experience.
• Design, execute, and evaluate A/B and multivariate experiments across product features, user experience, pricing, and growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to establish hypotheses, success metrics, and guardrails for experiments and product launches.
• Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain product KPIs, dashboards, and monitoring metrics to measure performance and experiment outcomes.
• Ensure accurate event tracking and reliable data instrumentation for new and existing product features.
• Use AI-assisted tools and machine learning techniques, including segmentation and propensity scoring, to support deeper analysis and product decisions.
• Respond to ad hoc data requests from cross-functional teams.
• Conduct strategic analyses that inform product roadmap prioritization and broader business strategy.
