Job summary

Black Financial Consult is seeking a Product Analyst for a fully remote role to collect and analyze product data, generating insights to improve performance and UX. The position targets early-career professionals with interest in product strategy and analytics.

You will support KPI tracking, build dashboards, and collaborate with Product Managers to translate business questions into analyses. Strong communication and Excel/SQL skills are desired.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business, CS, Economics, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience (internships or academic projects included).
• Basic understanding of data analysis and interpretation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and reporting abilities.
• Interest in product development and user behavior analysis.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze product and user data to generate insights.
• Support tracking of key product metrics and KPIs.
• Assist in creating dashboards and reports for product performance.
• Work with Product Managers to understand business questions and translate them into data analysis.
• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for product improvement.
• Support A/B testing and experiment tracking.
• Document findings and present insights in a clear and structured way.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to support data needs.
