Tabby is hiring a Senior Product Designer to shape the B2B lifecycle experience for partners. You will guide onboarding, activation, and organizational management within our product, turning complex regulatory steps into a clear, human-centered flow.

Collaborate with PMs, researchers, and writers to validate concepts and deliver polished UI. The role emphasizes practical design within a remote, global team and offers meaningful stock options, flexible hours, and strong cross-functional support

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product design, especially with complex, logic-heavy products.
• Ability to map multi-step flows and edge cases with clear states and rules.
• Talent for turning dense regulatory processes into simple, guided experiences.
• Strong product thinking aligned with business goals and partner needs.
• Portfolio showing end-to-end ownership from problem framing to production UI.
• Experience in cross-functional teams with PMs, researchers, writers, and engineers.
• High craft standards and care for what reaches users.
• Ability to leverage AI tools to accelerate design work.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end onboarding and activation flows for business partners.
• Streamline document-heavy, regulated processes into guided, transparent experiences.
• Design activation experiences for financial products and explain value clearly.
• Create tooling for partners to manage their organization, teams, roles, and permissions.
• Collaborate with product managers to translate business needs into design solutions.
• Partner with researchers and writers to validate ideas and clarify content.
• Work with engineering to ensure high-quality, shippable outcomes.
