Bold is seeking a Senior Data Scientist, Product Analytics to deliver critical insights for product strategy. You will leverage data, advanced analytics, and business acumen to inform decisions, with a focus on product performance and strategy.

The ideal candidate has a track record of delivering impact in fast-paced environments, excellent communication, and proficiency in Python/R and SQL. This fully remote role offers competitive compensation and equity potential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of quantitative data analysis experience.
• Write complex SQL queries to drive critical decisions.
• Strong statistics background with ability to explain concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Math, Engineering, Statistics or related field with strong academics.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency with Python or R.
• Proficiency with Tableau, Looker or similar BI tools.
• Experience with Google Analytics or Mixpanel.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis to uncover opportunities for product improvements.
• Build models and analytics tools to enhance product insights and recommendations.
• Proactively generate data-driven insights and present to stakeholders.
• Analyze A/B tests to boost user conversion and engagement.
• Develop dashboards to inform decisions with automation and scalability.
• Collaborate with Engineering to advance data infrastructure and governance.
