Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Senior Product Analytics Developer to define how customer experiences are measured across digital products. You will partner with product managers, engineers, designers, marketers, and leaders to build scalable analytics solutions and establish measurement strategies that drive product decisions.

You will design analytics data products, dashboards, and NLQ capabilities to understand engagement, adoption, retention, and outcomes across healthcare digital

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 4 years of work experience beyond minimum qualification.
5+ years of experience in product analytics or related field.
Experience with healthcare analytics or patient/customer data is a plus.

Responsibilities

Define success metrics and measurement frameworks for customer-facing products.
Design, develop, and maintain analytics data products, dashboards, and NLQ capabilities.
Partner with product managers, engineers, designers, marketers, and stakeholders to drive data-informed decisions.
Translate business questions into analytical solutions and deliver actionable insights.
