Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Senior Product Analytics Developer to define how customer experiences are measured, understood, and improved across its digital products. You will partner with product managers, engineers, designers, marketers, and stakeholders to create scalable analytics solutions and measurement strategies.

You will design analytics data products, dashboards, and NLQ capabilities to reveal engagement, adoption, retention, and business impact across digital experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of work experience above the minimum qualification.
• 5 years of experience in product analytics, customer analytics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as product analytics steward with clear success criteria and trusted analytics across products.
• Define success metrics, measurement frameworks, and analytics strategies for customer-facing products.
• Design, develop, and maintain analytics data products, dashboards, semantic models, and NLQ capabilities.
• Drive scalable measurement approaches evaluating product performance and customer behavior.
• Translate business questions into actionable analytical solutions for prioritization and investments.
• Develop and maintain metric definitions, business logic, and measurement standards.
