Baylor Scott & White Health seeks a Senior Product Analytics Developer to shape how customer experiences are measured, understood, and improved across digital products. You will partner with product managers, engineers, designers, marketers, and stakeholders to develop scalable analytics solutions and measurement frameworks.

As a subject matter expert in product analytics, you will drive data-informed decisions, establish success metrics, and lead data quality efforts to ensure trusted analytics

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 4 years of work experience beyond minimum qualification.
5 years of experience in product analytics or related field.
Experience in Agile product development environments.

Responsibilities

Define success metrics and analytics strategy for customer-facing products.
Design and maintain analytics data products, dashboards, semantic models, and NLQ capabilities.
Translate complex business questions into actionable analytical solutions that inform product decisions.
Develop and maintain trusted metric definitions, business logic, and measurement standards.
Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to improve customer experience and business outcomes.
