Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Senior Product Analytics Developer to shape how customer experiences are measured across digital products. You will partner with product managers, engineers, designers, marketers, and stakeholders to develop scalable analytics solutions and actionable insights.

You will design analytics data products, dashboards, and NLQ capabilities to illuminate engagement, adoption, retention, and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience beyond minimum qualification.
• 5+ years of experience in product analytics, customer analytics, or digital analytics.
• Experience building analytics data products, dashboards, and self-service analytics.

Responsibilities

• Define measurement strategies and success metrics for customer-facing products.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, design, and marketing to implement analytics solutions.
• Develop NLQ capabilities and semantic data models to enable insights across products.
