Axon is seeking a Senior Product Analytics professional to shape product data strategy across our ecosystem. You will partner with a Senior Analytics Engineer to define metric frameworks, context modeling, and reporting conventions to keep data trustworthy as products scale.

You’ll own metric definitions, work with product managers on adoption and engagement, and explore how AI agents can extend analytics. Strong SQL, data modeling, and probabilistic methods are required; experience with cloud

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product analytics or allied roles.
• Advanced SQL and data modeling skills.
• Experience with user engagement metrics (activation, retention, stickiness, feature adoption).
• Experience defining metric frameworks and shared definitions across teams.
• Comfort with statistical techniques and experimentation frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product managers to define what needs to be measured and validate data lands correctly.
• Define and evolve shared metric definitions and reporting standards.
• Build and maintain durable data models and applied analyses.
• Explore AI/agentic analytics for language querying, anomaly detection, and insight generation.
• Maintain data quality standards, testing practices, and documentation.
