Axonify is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead AI-powered, data-driven product initiatives for frontline teams. You will partner with engineering, data science, and design to move capabilities from concept to production while defining success through rigorous evaluation.

This role suits a Senior PM fluent with data, experimentation, and AI-powered products. You will own research, roadmaps, KPIs, and go-to-market coordination, ensure adoption and business impact, and mentor peers.

Qualificações

• 5–7 years of product management or related SaaS/enterprise tech experience.
• Ability to translate complex business and user problems into clear strategies.
• Strong technical fluency with data, integrations, and recommender systems.
• Experience with experimentation and measuring impact.
• Experience building products tied to business outcomes.
• Ability to apply AI across the product lifecycle.
• Experience shaping AI-powered experiences and safety measures.
• Excellent communication across teams and with executives.
• Strong organizational skills and multi-priority management.
• Empathy and team-first mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Lead research to define personas, use cases, and success metrics.
• Translate research into prioritized roadmap and user stories.
• Deliver capabilities for admin setup, adaptive training, and analytics.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, marketing, sales, ops.
• Enable internal teams to sell and support the product.
• Define success metrics and monitor adoption and retention.
• Design experiments with data science to show impact.
• Incorporate external data into the platform and validate it.
• Mentor others and foster cross-team collaboration.
• Navigate trade-offs with transparent alignment.
