Job summary

Plymouth Rock Assurance is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to drive analytics for new features and telematics initiatives in personal lines for the Direct division. The role focuses on data extraction, model interpretation, and business impact to improve pricing and competitive position.

You will collaborate across departments, translate quantitative insights for leadership, and support underwriting and process improvements to fuel profitable growth in assigned markets.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a quantitative field preferred.
• Ability to use quantitative approaches to generate sound business analyses.
• Strong communication of findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
• 2+ years in actuarial or analytical roles; experience with databases is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as product liaison with departments interfacing with the group.
• Support pricing, product offerings, and telematics enhancements across regions.
• Analyze data to support budgeting, profitability, and growth targets.
• Interpret predictive models for business applications and communicate insights.
• Collaborate with State Management and IT teams on underwriting systems.
• Interface with other departments to address product needs.
