Job summary

Plymouth Rock Assurance Corporation is seeking a Product Operations Manager to lead the implementation of new product features, with an emphasis on telematics operations and improving ease of doing business for personal lines in the Direct division. You will manage projects independently and liaise across departments.

In this role you will ensure accurate product implementation, drive improvements, and lead cross-functional collaboration with IT and other teams to support strategic product

Qualifications

• 5 or more years in project management or other technical or analytical role.
• Experience developing and implementing new, creative and effective solutions to complex business issues.
• Experience managing relationships with upper management and with technical developers.
• Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently on a high volume of tasks.
• Ability to communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to utilize quantitative approaches to generate sound business analyses with detail orientation.
• Understanding of and experience within the insurance industry is preferred.
• MS-SQL (or related software) skill preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the product specific project management work.
• Create business requirements for product driven changes.
• Provide product expertise for changes driven by other business units.
• Liaise with IT partners and other business units on projects.
• Ensure accuracy of product implementation both prior to implementation and post implementation.
• Manage IT related budgets.
