Qualifications

• 5+ years in project management or a technical/analytical role.
• Experience developing and implementing creative solutions to complex issues.
• Experience managing relationships with upper management and technical developers.
• Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently on a high volume of tasks.
• Strong communication to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to use quantitative approaches to generate analyses and identify outliers.
• Attention to detail.
• Insurance industry experience preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office and SQL tooling.
