Job summary

Clearwave Corporation is seeking a Senior Product Data Analyst to serve as the analytical backbone for initiatives around Eligibility AI, Revenue Analysis and Client Outcomes. You will translate scattered exports and Salesforce data into dashboards and metrics that prove value and guide prioritization, while supporting outcome-based measurement across scheduling, registration, intake and payments.

This role sits at the intersection of healthcare operations and data, requiring strong SQL and BI

Qualifications

Strong SQL and BI skills are essential and a working understanding of how patients move through scheduling, eligibility, intake and payments.
Ability to translate data findings into actionable business insights for front desk, billing teams and leadership.
Experience turning exports, portal reports and Salesforce data into repeatable metrics and dashboards.

Responsibilities

Analyze insurance eligibility and coverage data across scheduling, pre-registration and visit stages to track active coverage rate and eligibility flag clearance.
Monitor AI-driven eligibility checks and surface trends by payer, location and client.
Support revenue modeling, data mapping and validation for renewals and new-logo run-rate.
Build and maintain client-facing and internal outcome reporting (usage, adoption, satisfaction, ROI).
Create dashboards and self-serve reports so PMs can track product area P&L and adoption.
