About The Team/Role

As a Senior Product Analyst, you will work closely with multiple business departments to develop complex models and communicate their business impacts effectively, ensuring Checkr maintains its leadership in efficiency, quality, and other key metrics. This role reports directly to the Head of Data Platform and involves collaboration with Product, Financial Planning & Strategy, Data Engineering, and other teams to leverage data strategically for business impact.

Responsibilities

1. Partner with stakeholders to understand products and customers deeply.
2. Communicate insights and recommendations to non-technical audiences.
3. Collaborate with product owners and finance to analyze new features and projects.
4. Create customer profiles and develop metrics for pricing and monetization strategies.
5. Work with engineers to develop data sources and core metrics.
6. Promote a data-driven culture through experimentation.

Qualifications

1. 4+ years in a highly analytical role, with at least 3+ years in product analytics or data science.
2. Proficiency in SQL and understanding of data warehouse principles; experience with dbt is a plus.
3. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
4. Self-starter with excellent prioritization skills.
