About The Role

We are hiring a Senior Product Analyst to join our Product Team. You will use healthcare domain knowledge to perform market research and analyze value-based care data while tracking product performance and recommending feature enhancements, mainly focusing on Yuvo's Master Patient Index (MPI) solution. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy a strong team culture, and be excited to make an impact with tech-enabled solutions supporting patients most critically in need.

This is a full-time, remote position for employees based in the United States.

Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform and evaluate new features and experiences.
  2. Assist Scrum Master as a subject matter expert for product requirements.
  3. Use data to generate insights and strategic recommendations for product development.
  4. Develop clear product requirements and user stories from diverse inputs.
  5. Conduct periodic regression testing for product performance.
  6. Create dashboards and decks to communicate product performance and market research insights.
  7. Design and measure A/B tests to understand feature impacts.
  8. Prioritize tasks based on product impact, communicate project statuses.
  9. Stay updated on market trends and opportunities.
  10. Perform other duties as required.
  11. Travel up to 25% as needed.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  2. At least two years of experience as a business or product analyst, or one year as a senior analyst.
  3. Experience with the full product life cycle.
  4. Ability to synthesize data from multiple sources to improve products or processes.
  5. Strong communication skills for presenting findings.
  6. Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  7. Ability to work well with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills
  1. Experience in healthcare, Risk Adjustment, HEDIS.
  2. Experience with Master Patient Index projects.
  3. Knowledge of statistical methods and machine learning techniques.
  4. Proficiency in SQL, Python (especially Splink), BI tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.), and documentation tools.
  5. Experience working with global teams across time zones.
Benefits

Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000/year
