What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze data to uncover business questions, develop hypotheses, and present insights to stakeholders
- Collaborate with product teams to define, root cause, and forecast product metrics
- Support product experiments and A/B tests to drive product engagement and growth
- Turn repetitive analyses into dashboards and improve data automation and analytics capabilities
- Partner with data and analytics engineers to build data pipelines and define requirements for better data
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Two to five years of experience in product analytics or as a dedicated analyst in a high-growth company
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or quantitative field such as Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Computer Science
- Proficiency in analytical SQL and scripting in Python, along with intermediate statistics knowledge
- Strong communication skills for effectively conveying complex data insights to technical and business audiences
- Ability to balance vision and execution while remaining open to questioning assumptions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Additional years of experience supporting other functions as a data analyst or in BI, reporting, or analytics-engineering roles
- Experience with experimentation methodologies, such as A/B testing and multivariate testing
- Familiarity with tools like GitHub, Snowflake, Looker, Amplitude, Segment, Optimizely, Airflow, and DBT
- A Master’s degree or completion of a data science bootcamp
