We are seeking a creative, highly organized Producer/Senior Producer to help grow Axios’ original video portfolio. This hands-on, end-to-end producer will take ideas from concept through production, post-production, publishing, and audience growth.
The role will support original Axios video programming, including The Axios Show, and other editorial video formats across YouTube, social, and digital platforms.
Axios is investing in high-quality, audience-focused video storytelling. The Producer/Senior Producer will partner with editorial, video, social, audience, revenue, and external production partners to turn strong ideas into compelling, visually engaging video. This person will be equally comfortable developing a treatment, directing a shoot, editing a finished piece, managing production timelines, and working with on‑camera talent.

Starting salary for this role is in the range of $90,000 - $140,000 and is dependent on numerous factors, including but not limited to location, work experience, and skills. This range does not include other compensation benefits. Axios' compensation philosophy takes into account cost of labor differentials across the country. Because this is a remote‑optional job posting, this salary range takes into account all possible locations within the United States, but candidates will only be eligible for the salary range for their location.
