You bring executive presence, strategic thinking, financial and governance acumen, and the ability to align cross-functional teams around shared outcomes. You anticipate risks, create visibility, and lead through influence while balancing customer objectives with operational and business priorities.
About The Role
The Program Manager leads complex, strategic programs made up of multiple related projects that deliver measurable business value for Myriad360 and our clients. This role owns program health, strategy, governance, prioritization, and outcomes, ensuring projects remain aligned with customer objectives, contractual commitments, operational capacity, financial goals, and Myriad360's delivery standards. Serving as a trusted advisor to executives, clients, sales teams, delivery organizations, and Project Managers, the Program Manager drives consistency, transparency, and operational excellence across the program.
This position must be based in the United States. Travel less than 10% may be required.

Some of Our Benefits
Pursuant to the NYC Pay Transparency Law, the base salary range in New York City for this positi on is $145,000- $155,000 OTE, (base salary plus opportunities for bonus and/or commission). Compensation in other geographies may vary.
