Job summary

KY Talent in New York City is seeking a Senior Producer to lead multiple luxury experiential and events from concept to delivery. Based in NYC with a hybrid pattern, you will partner with creative and production teams to bring high-profile fashion and beauty activation projects to life.

You will manage budgets ranging from $500k to $2M, oversee onsite production, develop production plans and timelines, and mentor junior producers. Travel across the US as required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience within experiential events and creative production.
• Luxury sector experience, ideally across fashion and beauty.
• Proven agency background delivering complex, high-profile projects.
• Experience managing significant production budgets.
• Strong knowledge of vendors, suppliers and event production.
• Excellent client management and communication skills.
• Experience leading and supporting production teams.
• Commercially aware with strong budget and financial management skills.
• Highly organised, solutions-focused and confident managing multiple projects.

I’m partnering with a global experiential agency creating exceptional events, activations and brand experiences across the luxury, fashion and beauty sectors.

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Producer to join the New York team, leading multiple high-profile projects from initial concept and pitch through to onsite production and final delivery.
