Job summary

George P. Johnson Company is seeking a Sr. Producer to drive production oversight for a growing program with a top technology client.

The role combines leadership of the Integrated Production team with close collaboration with Account Management to shape program delivery and long-term vision. The position is hybrid, requiring on-site presence a minimum of 2 days/week at an office location including Nashville.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of senior-level project management experience, with a proven track record of building and scaling PM infrastructure, workflows, and templates from scratch.
• Demonstrated experience managing project lifecycles involving custom fabrication processes, permanent installations, museum exhibits, or large-scale experiential design.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with ability to translate complex technical/production realities into clear updates for high-profile clients.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement project management workflows and templates to streamline production efficiency.
• Lead a team of Producers and Event Managers, fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment.
• Partner with Account Management to manage project scope, resources, and timelines.
