Job summary

George P. Johnson Experience Marketing is seeking Associate Producers to join our team in a hybrid role, reporting on-site at Boston, MA or New York, NY for a minimum of 2 days per week.

You will manage timelines, budgets, and profitability while collaborating across teams to deliver live and digital event experiences. You will build strong client relationships, communicate with the Account Lead, and oversee staffing, vendors, and the RFP process as needed.

Qualifications

• Coordinate timelines and budgets for events.
• Collaborate with teams to design and implement projects.
• Maintain profitability and client satisfaction across initiatives.
• Communicate project details when leading parts of a project.
• Oversee vendor relationships and RFP processes as needed.
• Close and reconcile events and ensure smooth handoffs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage master timelines and budgets for events.
• Build and reconcile event budgets and forecasts.
• Maintain strong client relationships and regular updates to Account Lead.
• Collaborate with GPJ teams and clients to deliver projects from start to finish.
• Oversee vendor relationships and procurement activities as required.
• Ensure proper closing and reconciliation of each event.
