Job summary

George P. Johnson Experience Marketing seeks a Fabrication Producer to join our Nashville team. This on-site role reports to the office location a minimum of 5 days per week, coordinating with PMs, Estimators, and Clients to manage fabrication scope, budgets, and schedules.

You will act as the escalation point for fabrication projects and collaborate across PMs, Integrated Production, and other stakeholders throughout kickoff, estimating, fabrication, shipping, and post-show phases.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating fabrication programs with PMs and stakeholders.
• Ability to monitor budgets, timelines, and design/build alignment.
• Comfort leading kickoff, estimating, fabrication, shipping, and post-show phases.

Responsibilities

• Meet with Account and IP teams to define program scope and guide client toward goals.
• Lead meetings with Creative Teams and 3D designers on fabrication methods.
• Identify primary fabrication locations with fabrication leadership.
• Provide fabrications and logistics schedules to Accounts and IP teams.
• Coordinate with PMs to monitor project health and track financials.
• Escalate issues and document SCORES with PMs and Estimators.
• Coordinate with Logistics to meet timelines and installation needs.
• Attend daily production meetings and oversee installation and dismantle progress.
